Sculpt Pilates

is an intense, full-body workout that is designed to help build strength, tone muscles, and increase flexibility. The workout consists of short, high-intensity movements that target all areas of the body and increase your range of motion. These intense bursts of movement challenge your cardiovascular system while strengthening your muscles, joints, and core. The workout usually begins with an assessment to ensure that the instructor is able to properly assess each participant’s individual needs and abilities. This is followed by warm-up exercises to prepare the body for the main workout. During the workout, the instructor will guide participants through a series of Pilates-based exercises such as planks, squats, lunges, crunches, and abdominal exercises. These exercises help to improve coordination, strength, and posture, as well as increase overall flexibility. The intensity of the workout can be adjusted depending on the needs of each individual. The instructor may also lead the class through additional stretches or cardiovascular exercises to ensure that the workout is well-rounded. The goal of the workout is to challenge the body to the point of exhaustion while still maintaining control and form.

Poses are held for longer periods of time and supported by using blankets , bolsters , blocks & straps: think yogas version of stretching!
